Pretty much every Car Show we attend we are asked about our Vintage Travel Stickers on our Antique Cars and Trailers. Spending a lifetime going to Antique Shops, Antique Malls, Car Shows and Auto ‘Jumbles’ in Europe we have spent hours searching through VAST paper collections looking for unique Vintage Travel and Luggage Stickers. What we’re offering here is a chance to share in our collection. We pull from the oldest, most desirable and laminate them individually, sometimes collectively. Once laminated, they now retain their longevity and color. You can mount them on glass using a spray fixative (instructions enclosed only with each purchase) or you can spray the backside of the (now) laminated sticker and apply them to the face of the glass or luggage. We think they ‘show’ best under glass and it also keeps ‘little prying fingers’ from lifting them at Car Shows. If you’ve ever priced these individually- the most unique, oldest ones can easily be $12-$16ea….makes for an expensive collection! If you place them directly on the luggage or window many fade badly, disintegrate with old age, or simply fly off in a good, stiff wind. Laminating them, though sacrilegious to some, protects them from deteriorating. You can also pull them off if you sell the car, truck or vintage trailer and keep them for application to the next vehicle. Choose from the PINK FRAMED PHOTO’S ONLY. The U.S. versions for $6 each (+ nominal shipping / usually 88 cents) or the much harder to find European versions for $8 each. Please allow reasonable time for delivery as this hobby is just a teeny part of a much larger Classic Car operation. We do not do ‘plastic’ / credit cards.
